Every once in a while, a transaction combines an amazing property with an amazing seller and an amazing buyer. It’s a rare trifecta in the real estate world, which isn’t to say it doesn’t happen, it’s just to say that it’s rare. Such was the case over the last few months when I quietly worked on the sale you see here. A perfect location and a perfect house. An intelligent and loyal seller. A motivated and excited buyer. Beyond that, for what more could I ask? 389 N Lakeshore Drive, in the heart of Fontana’s North Shore, is now sold and I was proud to work both sides of that transaction in an off market manner. I suppose this sale reminds us of a condition that bears repeating: The agent with whom you choose to work really, really matters. Last ask, $15,000,000.
