Welcome to my brand new blog. I believe this blog may be the first of its kind in the Lake Geneva area. I’m going to try to update this daily, to give you an insiders view to the real estate market at Lake Geneva. This blog isn’t a national real estate style blog, where I plug in various articles and generic, outdated facts about the real estate market. Rather, this blog will be written by me, David Curry. My specific intent though my commenting and opining about both the real estate market, is to keep you up to speed on the happenings and market conditions affecting Lake Geneva. I might laud a proposed new development, and I may very well complain about new developments. I’ll post market statistics, suggest burgeoning market trends, and may even identify properties that are, for one reason or another, values in the market. Whatever the topic, it’ll be an insiders view, and I hope you find it interesting, informative, (perhaps combative at times?) and educational.
