There’s a new lakefront listing this afternoon. It’s in Indian Hills, on the south side of Geneva Lake just East of Fontana. Good location, and a pretty nice little house. Not too big, not too terribly small. The location is what will prove to be in demand, as well as the price. This home was on the market earlier this year at around $2.5MM, which was just too much money. Now that the price is under $2.3MM, it’ll sell. You watch.
