This property didn’t require too much of me. It won’t require too much of the new owner, either. I listed N1822 Fair Oaks at the end of May and closed on it last week. $6,475,000 was the price paid for this beautiful south shore lakefront. Rarely do we combine such elevated style in a nearly-new offering at the lake, but when we do, the market responds. Consider we’re now in the habit of selling tear-downs in the $4M range like it’s our actual job. Now consider this home on a 2+ acre wooded lot with a pedigreed design, architect, and builder. Consider the finishes present here. Once you contemplate those elements you won’t find this sale surprising. I’m pleased to continue to facilitate more lakefront transactions than any of my competition. This sale brings my YTD volume total to more than $86MM, and I’m exceedingly grateful to my customers and clients that have made such a tally possible. Buying or selling on the lakefront? I’m here to help.

I'm David Curry. I write this blog to educate and entertain those who subscribe to the theory that Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is indeed the center of the real estate universe. When I started selling real estate 27 years ago I did so of a desire to one day dominate the activity in the Lake Geneva vacation home market. With over $800,000,000 in sales since January of 2010, that goal is within reach. If I can help you with your Lake Geneva real estate needs, please consider me at your service. Thanks for reading.
