I’m pretty happy to report my latest lakefront sale. This one is of yet another iconic property, making it the latest in a long line of iconic lakefront properties that I’ve been fortunate to sell. This property has a story to tell, but that’ll have to be told another time. For now, I’m eternally grateful to the buyer that chose me to represent their lakefront interests, and to the seller side of this transaction for their pragmatic approach to what was a smooth transaction. Aloha Lodge, with a last ask of $28,000,000, has sold.
