The Loch Vista Club

One month ago, I listed a great cottage on Lower Loch Vista for $689k. Then I had 16 or more showings over the following two days. Yesterday, I sold that cottage for $719k. The reason for that quick sale is rather obvious: People love the Loch Vista Club and recognize the allure of a small association. If you were dismayed to miss out on that listing, today I offer you a shot at redemption: 87 Upper Loch Vista. I’m aware that I’m using an irrational number of colons in this paragraph, and I’m sorry. At least I’m not abusing exclamation marks!!

A short stroll from The Loch Vista Club’s charming lakefront park and pier system you’ll find this thoroughly renovated lake house. The vaulted main level is awash in natural light, with a classic stone fireplace anchoring the space. An updated kitchen leads to an oversized deck with room for lounging and dining. On the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms (one of which is now utilized as an office). The walk-out lower level has another bedroom and full bath, and access to the private back yard with stone patio and fire pit. A massive renovation several years ago improved every inch of this lovely home, and it’s now available to brighten up your weekends. And as you know, it’s an easy shore path walk to Pier 290, George Williams, and Music By The Lake. $619,900.

I'm David Curry. I write this blog to educate and entertain those who subscribe to the theory that Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is indeed the center of the real estate universe. When I started selling real estate 27 years ago I did so of a desire to one day dominate the activity in the Lake Geneva vacation home market. With over $800,000,000 in sales since January of 2010, that goal is within reach. If I can help you with your Lake Geneva real estate needs, please consider me at your service. Thanks for reading.
