If you knew me in the year 2000, then you knew I sold the Fontana Club Condominiums when the building was new. Or maybe you didn’t know that about me back then, because you didn’t care or because I didn’t tell you. Either way, the Fontana Club Condominiums were new back then and they’re still sort of new now, owed largely to renovations that upgraded the once rather basic condominium units from builder grade to the luxury units most of them are today.
You might also know that there’s a new condominium project afoot in Fontana, and that condo project has me wondering why you’d consider living on a road with a view of some cars when you could buy this fantastic double unit right on the water in Glenwood Springs.
