By now, you’ve heard the news. I have a contract on Glanworth Gardens. While the contract leaves me feeling somewhat sheepish, it’s important to realize that its impact on the Lake Geneva market cannot be overstated. There is plenty of work to do between today and a closing date, but once this property sells it’ll put Lake Geneva on an even bigger map. It’s not that we’re not already on the map, but the map that’s waiting for us at the end of this transaction is a much different map. We’ll consider all of that importance and impact when the time comes, but today we can pause and realize that the market at Lake Geneva is about to change. I couldn’t be more proud to play a role in this transformation.
About the Author
I'm David Curry. I write this blog to educate and entertain those who subscribe to the theory that Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is indeed the center of the real estate universe. When I started selling real estate 27 years ago I did so of a desire to one day dominate the activity in the Lake Geneva vacation home market. With over $800,000,000 in sales since January of 2010, that goal is within reach. If I can help you with your Lake Geneva real estate needs, please consider me at your service. Thanks for reading.
Dear David,
You mentioned in your November 16 post that once Glanworth Gardens sells, “it’ll put Lake Geneva on an even bigger map. It’s not that we’re not already on the map, but the map that’s waiting for us at the end of this transaction is a much different map.”
I always read and enjoy your blog, and now that the property has sold and the buyer identified, I’m very much interested in your take on the sale of this property and its impact the Lake Geneva area, and I look forward to when you discuss this on your website. Best wishes and enjoy Winterfest! Randy
