It looks as though the weather is going to cooperate this weekend, and give us one of the very few pleasant Memorial Days in recent years (decades?). I’ll be busy for sure, with many scheduled appointments already on the books, and many more undoubtedly ready to spring up at the last moment. For now, the weekend plans have me holding an open house on Friday from 1-4 at unit 17G in the Abbey Villas. This is a beautiful unit on the ground floor with a very tranquil stream side patio. Saturday I’m moving down the road to Abbey Springs, with the plan of holding unit 605D Knollwood Circle open from 1-3. Abbey Springs is in the throws of a multi-million dollar renovation of its’ clubhouse and common areas. Once completed (at sellers expense!) it will be a first class vacation destination, and the only association of its’ kind on the shores of Geneva Lake. Come up and join me at any one of these units, or call me to schedule showings of other properties. It’s a great market, and things have only been heating up as the weather warms. Hope to see you this weekend!

I'm David Curry. I write this blog to educate and entertain those who subscribe to the theory that Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is indeed the center of the real estate universe. When I started selling real estate 27 years ago I did so of a desire to one day dominate the activity in the Lake Geneva vacation home market. With over $800,000,000 in sales since January of 2010, that goal is within reach. If I can help you with your Lake Geneva real estate needs, please consider me at your service. Thanks for reading.
