The market at Lake Geneva continues to trend upward, with lakefront sales relatively frequent, and most price ranges seeing some modest activity. The price range that remains the most ripe for a buyer to bargain hunt in is the $350,000 to $850,000 lake access properties. Lakefront continues to move, and there are some real nice offerings on the market currently. Here’s the updated list of lakefront homes available on Geneva as of today. Lakefront on Geneva currently starts at $1.695MM and caps out at just under $6MM.
