Wooddale has, over the past decade, been a rather significant beneficiary of the lakefront and lake access gentrification. A lakefront that was once populated with cottages has become something else. Newer, bigger, better; that’s for sure. The off-water section of this neighborhood has had many sales over $1M and at least one sale over $2M. Wooddale, once a regular old lake access association without unique acclaim, has become a very desirable target for lakefront and lake access buyers.

Consider my newest lakefront listing at N1929 Beach Road, right on the Wooddale lakefront. This home sold a couple of years ago and a change of plans has the new owner looking to sell.
