Well, that’s that. A decade of drama came to an end yesterday when someone paid $6,460,000 for the home at 619 Cedar Point Drive in Williams Bay. I anticipated a sale between $6,000,000 and $7,000,000, which means the market is behaving as expected. The big question now is, who bought it, and what do they intend to do with it? Here’s to hoping it’s a legacy buyer seeking an estate and not someone seeking a zoning change. If you’re curious about these sorts of properties and would like the inside track on what’s next, let’s work together.

I'm David Curry. I write this blog to educate and entertain those who subscribe to the theory that Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is indeed the center of the real estate universe. When I started selling real estate 25 years ago I did so of a desire to some day dominate the activity in the Lake Geneva vacation home market. With over $600,000,000 in sales since January of 2010, that goal is within reach. If I can help you with your Lake Geneva real estate needs, please consider me at your service. Thanks for reading.
