I am now, again, the only real estate firm in Williams Bay. Quite a distinction eh? The real estate company that was operating across the street from my office is moving to Lake Geneva. Not that they provided me with competition really, though it’s still nice to have them out of town. Operating consistently, under the same business name since 1977, we are now the third oldest real estate company in the Lake Geneva market. You’re right, it’s not really a big deal, but it does speak to our dedication to this market. Right?
