I was out showing lakefront homes on Geneva this past weekend, and was quite impressed with the continued activity in this market. Man do I love showing lakefront homes. I love selling them more than showing them, but you already knew that. Of the dozen or so homes that I wanted to set up, no fewer than three of them were already under contract, and three more had active offers that were being negotiated. This lakefront market amazes me. I guess it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, really. I can’t think of a place I’d rather spend my weekends than right along the shores of that beautiful lake.
